OPPORTUNITY

How might BOA online systems help customers manage recurring fees and avoid unnecessary costs?

Managing recurring fees has become a real need. Chase and Capital One have tools that allow customers to track their spending. BOA is in a unique position to offer value and help to customers as they have a large customer base across different age groups. I saw an opportunity to build customer loyalty by helping them save unnecessary costs and avoid fraud spending.

 

SOLUTION

An account manager that identifies recurring fees and helps customers review and monitor existing recurring payments and upcoming ending of free trials.

 

FINAL DESIGN

A one-day design sprint that focuses on the key feature and the user flow that is built on the existing BOA design system.
